Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (excluding public holidays)
- Travel – Visit fee – $82.50 per 30 minutes or there part of
- Labour – on site and remote – $82.50 per 30 minutes or there part of
After hours support – all other times other than business hours
- Travel – Visit fee – $220 per hour or there part of
- Labour – on site and remote – $220 per hour
- Minimum fee is 2 hours $440.00
